1. Who we are
bookiraj.eu ("Bookiraj") is an online appointment booking system operated by Smart Pixel. Contact for any privacy matters: [email protected].
When the booking widget is used on the website of a business (our client), that business is the data controller for its customers' data, and Bookiraj processes the data on its behalf as a data processor.
2. What data we collect
- Bookings (including the demo): full name, email address, phone (optional), chosen service and time slot. Purpose: carrying out the booking — email confirmation, reminder, cancellation option and the business's appointment records.
- Business owners (our clients): business name, contact email, address and subscription details. Payments are processed by Stripe — Bookiraj never sees or stores card numbers.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, request time) for security and abuse prevention (e.g. daily booking limits).
3. Legal basis
We process data to perform a contract (booking, subscription), based on legitimate interest (security and abuse prevention) and consent where applicable.
4. What we do NOT do
We do not sell data, use it for marketing or profiling, or share it with third parties beyond the processors listed below. The site contains no analytics or advertising tools.
5. Sub-processors
- Cloudflare — hosting, database and bot protection (Turnstile)
- Resend — transactional emails (confirmations, reminders)
- Stripe — subscription billing for our clients
6. How long we keep data
Booking data is kept while the business uses the service, or until the business deletes it. Subscription data is kept as long as accounting regulations require.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Send requests to [email protected]. If the controller is the business you booked with, you can also contact them directly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
